Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of, from the day of delivery.

 

Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags, pouches, and accessories must be included

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

 

We suggest sending us an email with images of the products and explaining the concern so that we can guide you effectively and in a timely manner.

 

Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

 

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or limited capsule releases

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

 

If approved:

You will receive the option of an exchange or store credit. For full refunds, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take upto 30 days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for exchange are 

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

 

This allows us to process your request quickly and efficiently.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the item and packaging
     

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 

If the size purchased is incorrect we will gladly exchange it for you, however shipping charges will apply. 

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Yonamme cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
